By accessing or using any Meridian service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Meridian provides generative engine optimisation consulting, audit tooling and monitoring services. Scope, deliverables and payment terms for individual engagements are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, design, code and data — is owned by MeridianAI GmbH or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
Meridian's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
